We understand how time-consuming and difficult it can be to plan a men’s retreat. Our mission is to cover the essential details for you, so you and your guests can step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with God in beautiful Lancaster County, PA.
We focus on the background details like cleaning, cooking, and facility setup, so you can focus on your ministry objectives and rest.
Ready To Start Planning Your Next Retreat?
We make the process as simple as possible for you.
- Connect with our Sales Team. Tell us about your expected group size, desired dates, lodging preferences, and other important aspects of your event.
- Place a Temp Hold on Space. Our Sales Team can hold space on specific dates for you while you review the contract details, talk with other decision, makers, schedule a facility tour, etc.
- Sign the contract and submit a deposit to confirm your reservation.
- Once your Event Contract is signed, you will work with our Guest Services team to plan all of the details of your schedule.
- Arrive for your retreat! We will be looking forward to seeing you for your special event. Bring the group, prepare to have a wonderful time, and rest assured that we will have everything ready for your arrival.

Looking for some fun outdoor things to do in Lancaster County, PA as a family or group? Refreshing Mountain Retreat and Adventure Center was established to provide a family-friendly place for people of all ages and group sizes to enjoy fun activities and to be refreshed.
Our professionally guided outdoor adventures are designed to challenge and excite you, whether you want to explore the area’s natural beauty with a large group or just spend quality time with your friends and family. No matter the size of your group you’ll find refreshment, connection, and adventure.

What type of lodging is best for men’s retreats?
We recommend Cabins or Lodges for men’s groups. These spaces are great for small groups of guys (i.e. 3-8 per room) to share comfortable, clean, and restive lodging during the event. Also true, some men’s groups prefer our Bunk Houses, which are also clean and comfortable, since they provide a less expensive option and allow for a larger number of people per section.
Which Activity Add-Ons are best for men’s retreats?
Axe Throwing, Escape Rooms, Ziplines, and Teambuilding are all great additions to men’s retreat schedules. There are many other activities to choose from as well, like the Climbing Tower, Giant Swing, and the Wildlife Center, that men will also enjoy.
